Sleeping capacity: Double bed in the master bedroom and
a very comfortable double sofa-bed.
Rooms: Large open day room with panoramic French windows
leading on to the full width terrace. American style modern kitchen with
bar servery at one end of the living room. Spacious master bedroom with
en suite bathroom. Separate room with double bed-sofa and en suite bathroom,
exit to large terrace with views of the hills above Cannes. Separate guest
toilet. The large terrace runs the width of the whole apartment, and the
terrace at the rear is also very large, offering lovely hill views. The
entire apartment is very light.
Size of the apartment approx. 100 square metres, with terrace
covering 80 sq m.
Standard/style: Newly renovated in modern/classical, exclusive
style. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen.
View: Panoramic view across the Croisette, the bay and
to coast beyond.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer,

About the area.
Location: This is the topmost apartment in a building that
is located on the part of the Croisette that is a little quieter. There
is a garage in the building. The beach promenade is across the road in front
of the building.
Entertainment/shopping: All facilities are in easy reach,
yet the area is relatively quiet.
Bathing: A string of beaches just outside the door.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are
situated 15-20 minutes away.
Airport: 40 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Rented by the weekend or week Saturday-Saturday, arrival 16:00, departure
11:00. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Unfortunately not for children under
