large. Hall, generously sized kitchen, one master bedroom with double bed,
bathroom with toilet and bath, light, fine living room with sea view and
exit to balcony. Next door to the dining room with a large panorama window
looking out to sea. The dining room has a sofa-bed for two and the door
can be closed to provide a separate bedroom.
Apartment size: approx. 85 square metres.
Standard/style: Classic apartment with high ceilings and
large airy rooms. Light, fresh and recently renovated. Decorated in a light,
modern Scandinavian style.
View: Glorious sea view and looking down in a beautiful
park below.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances,
refrigerator and freezer, washing machine. TV, stereo. About
the area.
Location: About 5 minutes by car,
west of central Cannes, in a quiet and sought-after area called Croix
de gardes. 15 min walking distance from the beaches between Cannes and
Mandelieu (also perfect for strolling and jogging by the sea).
Entertainment/shopping: All Cannes amenities are only
5 minutes away by car or 15 min on foot. Bakery and small shops close
at hand.
Bathing: 5 minutes to the string of beaches and entertainment
along the stretch from Cannes to Mandelieu.
Golf: Some of the Riviera’s best golf courses are
only 10-15 minutes away by car.
Airport: 30 min to Nice airport.

Rented by the week, Sunday arrival 16.00, Sunday
departure 10.00. Dogs are unfortunately not permitted. Please avoid smoking
