About the area.
Location: The apartment is at the top of a newly refurbished
apartment block. A nice park with good play possibilities. The residence
is about 5 minutes from the Croisette and all the beaches (10-15 minutes
walk). In a quiet area and next door to exclusive Cannes Californie.
Entertainment/shopping: Close to everything Cannes has
to offer! Also well stocked with nearby small restaurants, bakeries and
grocery shops.
Bathing: 5 minutes to the beaches at Palm Beach and Cannes
itself. Also close to Golfe Juan and Juan-les-Pins. Cap d’Antibes..
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are
situated 15-20 minutes away.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
