Size of the apartment: about 100 square metres with a large,
covered balcony with sea view and a smaller balcony overlooking Californie
at the rear.

View: Panoramic view across the sea and the islands in

Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer,

About the area.
Location: The apartment is on the 5th floor in a large
apartment block. It includes an extensive park that offers pleasant walks
and peaceful surroundings. The apartment block is located in Cannes Californie,
about 5 minutes from the Croisette (15-20 minutes stroll). The area is exclusive
and well sought-after, with beautiful buildings and much greenery, although
only a stones-throw from Cannes and the sea.
Entertainment/shopping: close to everything Cannes has to offer! Close by
are also small restaurants, bakeries and grocery shops.
Bathing: A large pool in the area, and 5 minutes to the
beaches around Palm Beach and Cannes. Also close to Golfe Juan and Juan-les-Pins.
Cap d’Antibes..
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are
situated 15-20 minutes away.
Tennis: Free access to courts in the residence park.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
