open kitchen of the highest standard. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and
separate toilet. The generous terrace extends the width of the apartment
and has access from each room, to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sea
view. Everything is new and fresh, in light colours, and all the furniture
is newly purchased. The building is completely new and is in a very attractive,
clean environment.
Size of the apartment: approx. 65 square metres, with a
covered terrace of 12 x 3 metres.

About the area.
Location:
The apartment is in Palm Beach, which is a peaceful, calm short peninsula
surrounded by fine beaches and attractive small boat harbours. 1 minute
to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the Croisette. Comfortable walking
distance from the Festival Palace. A local bus (no. 8) passes the building
several times an hour all day long, running along the Croisette to the Festival
Palace.
Entertainment/shopping: here you are close
to everything Cannes has to offer! There are also many restaurants, shops,
bakeries and other services close by.
Bathing: 1 minute
to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the series of wonderful beaches all
along the Croisette.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses
on the Riviera are situated 15-20 minutes away by car.
Airport:
30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Rented by the weekend or week Saturday-Saturday, arrival 16:00, departure
