About the area.
Location: This apartment is on the first floor in a newly
built modern property in a prime position next to the beach and sea in
Antibes. Comfortable walking distance from everything, including the Old
Town and Cap D’Antibes.
Entertainment/shopping: here you are close to everything
Antibes/Juan-les-Pins have to offer! Plenty of nice shops, cosy restaurants,
a fantastic marina, all imaginable forms of bathing activities, cultural
spots such as the Picasso museum, beautiful gardens, etc., etc.
15 minutes away along the coast are Golfe Juan and Cannes.
Bathing: walking distance to the beach below, close to
all the beaches around Cap d’Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and all the
way along to Golfe Juan.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are
situated 20 minutes away by car.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur

departure 10:00. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Dogs are not permitted.
