you need within walking distance. Here you can also find many beach restaurants
in every price range. If it’s full-on shopping you need, and the city

be separated, along with 2-4 extra beds.

one of which is the master bedroom with its own sitting room equipped with
TV, and a large bathroom with toilet. Second floor: Another living room
with TV, 3-4 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet.
House size: Approx.: almost 400 square metres
Standard/style: Classic belle-epoque house with high ceilings,
beautiful stucco, etc. Decorated in modern/Scandinavian style.
View: Town house overlooking the green-clad hills surrounding
Vallauris.
Garden/pool: Beautiful small private garden with newly
built pool (6 x 3 metres), large terrace generously furnished with garden
furniture, sun beds and barbecue.
Facilities: Newly furnished kitchen with all the latest
equipment: dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine. 2-3 TV
sets, DVD, stereo, ADSL web connection. Satellite channels and Swedish TV
programmes.
About the area.
Location: The house is in its own grounds next to quiet,
attractive footpath in the old part of Vallauris town where all the potteries
are. 5 minutes from the coastal town of Golfe-Juan, 10 minutes from Cannes,
Cap d’Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.
Entertainment/shopping: 5 minutes to the atmospheric beach
restaurants in Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins. However also near to the gourmet
restaurants and all possible kinds of shopping in Cannes, Antibes and Nice.
Bathing: 5 minutes to a multitude of fine beaches, both
public and private with sun beds, restaurants and all possible beachfront
facilities.
Golf: Close to 10 golf courses.
Airport: 20 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
