windows facing out on to the terrace. Here the living room, dining room
and kitchen are combined. Spacious, airy and light. On the next floor are
3 large bedrooms with en suite bathroom. A further bedroom with en suite
bathroom and its own entrance.
House size: Approx.: 250 m2.
Standard/style: Modern, high standard of comfort. Tastefully
and conveniently decorated and furnished.
View: On a hill just outside the village of Biot, with
beautiful sea views.
Garden/pool: Wonderful plot that widens out below the terrace
and the pool area.
Facilities: well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer,
microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, stereo.
About the area.
Location:
Quiet residential area just inside the boundary of Biot village, close to
Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, 15 minutes from Nice, 20 minutes from Cannes.
Entertainment/shopping: Close to many attractive restaurants
in Biot and Antibes, among others. Not far from the beaches and all the
many beach restaurants. 3 minutes away from the large aquarium and pleasure
park of Marineland, that must be visited! Biot is full of glassblowers.
Shopping in Nice, Cannes and Antibes.
Bathing: 10 minutes
from the long string of beaches between Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes, but
also close to Cap D’Antibes with wonderful beaches, lovely promenades
and the rich life of the Riviera.
Golf: Several popular
courses within 10-15 minutes by car.
Airport: 20 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Only available for rental in July and August. Saturday
to Saturday. Arrival 16:00, departure 10:00. House pets are not permitted.
