You get a wonderful place to live, with great comfort and in one of the
absolutely best areas on the Riviera.
The property feels almost hotel-like, being a large house on 3 floors (with
a bar and table-tennis room on the bottom floor) and extensive terraced
grounds. Just below is the pool area with a beautiful view and relaxing
location. On a further lower terrace level is a separate guest house, similarly
newly refurbished and luxuriously furnished, where one can live completely
independent of the main house, if desired. A magnificent place, that is
admirably suited to either business guests or 2 or 3 families sharing. A
cook and a maid can be made available if requested. |

Suitable for:
2-3 families or a business group who want to live/work undisturbed and in
luxury. Situated in an excellent location for visitors to the Cannes trade
fairs and festivals.
Sleeping capacity: 6 beds in the main house (2 more are
possible) and 4 beds in the guest house (double sofa-bed).
Rooms: Entrance from the large hall straight into a series
of 3 living rooms, consisting of dining room, lounge and television lounge
with open hearth, and a large balcony/terrace outside. Here are also a kitchen,
laundry room and 1 en suite bedroom. One floor up are two bedrooms with
large en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor is a lounge with TV, bar and
table-tennis room, bathroom and a further room with space for extra beds.
The entrance and ground floor levels both have access to the garden and
pool area. The guest house consists of one bedroom with double bed, a well-appointed
bathroom and a large lounge with kitchen on one side. Here you find a sofa-bed,
TV and dining furniture. Garage.
House size: Main house approx. 300 square metres, the guest house approx.
70 square metres.
Standard/style: Elegant, modern furnishing in international
style. Well thought out and designed.
View: fantastic view across the whole of Le Cannet, part
of Cannes, the sea and the Esterel mountain range.
Garden/pool: Large, terraced grounds maintained to the
highest standards. The swimming pool is on its “own” terrace
between the main house and the guest house. Fine outdoor areas, not overlooked.
Facilities: Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer,
microwave oven. Washing machine/tumble drier, 2 TVs in the main house, 1
small TV in the guest house, air-conditioning, stereo, alarm.
About the area.
Location:
The house is in a quiet yet central area in Le Cannet, approx. 10 min by
car from the Croisette (beach promenade) in Cannes and the Festival Palace.
An excellent location for you who want to be close to the pulse of the Riviera,
but also enjoy a stylish poolside life with the family and friends or colleagues.
Entertainment/shopping: Cannes has everything in the way
of good shopping, restaurants, bars, night clubs, exclusive hotels, etc.
Also close to Antibes, Juan les Pins (15 min.), and 5 minutes away is the
picturesque mediaeval village of Mougins with an abundance of cosy restaurants.
Near to Le Cannet are a number of famous restaurants with Michelin stars.
Bathing: 10 min by car to wonderful beaches in Cannes,
Golf Juan, Juan les Pins.
Golf: Many golf courses are only 10-15 minutes away by
car.
Airport: 20 min to Nice airport.
