the terrace outside on the ground floor, along with 2 bathrooms with toilets.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and on the second floor one bedroom
and a living room with a magnificent view.
House size: Approx.: 100 sq. m. with a large terrace outside.
Standard/style: Classic, beautiful house with modern, light
decoration.
View: Pretty sea view and sight of the green hills surrounding
Golfe-Juan.
Garden/pool: Terraced garden with fine levels and a newly-built
excellent jacuzzi. Barbecue.
Facilities: Newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine.

About the area.
Location: The house is high up and
situated in a beautiful, peaceful area 10 minutes walk from the coastal
town of Golfe-Juan. 10 minutes from Cannes, Cap d’Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.
Entertainment/shopping: Many charming beach restaurants
in Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins. However also near to the gourmet restaurants
and all possible kinds of shopping in Cannes, Antibes and Nice.
Bathing: The whole coastal strip between Cap D’Antibes
and Cannes is lined with fine beaches. Here is everything you need for swimming,
soaking up the sun, watching people go by and eating well!
Golf: Close to a dozen or so golf courses.
Airport: 20 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
