| This large property, which almost feels like
a small hotel, is wonderful, quiet and very private. The house provide generous
living space with a great deal of charm and character. A large, beautiful
cathedral-like living room with large open hearth and a fantastic view over
Antibes and Cap d’Antibes. Here there’s enough room for all!
Wonderful bedrooms with en suite baths and toilets are distributed throughout
the whole house, which has many separate areas and can easily accommodate
two large families. This villa offers wonderful areas for socialising, both
inside and outside. The plot covers about one hectare and is next to an
extensive area of woodland. Around the swimming pool is a flat, pleasant
grassed area and several terraces. The area is extremely quiet, although
only 5 minutes away from shopping, and 8 minutes from the beaches surrounding
Golfe Juan. Lovely waling paths nearby. Along with the house comes a “housekeeper”
who lives in another part of the house and can provide helpful services
including maid service, chauffeur (in the car that belongs to the house),
shopping, etc. in accordance with agreed payment. |

people.
Sleeping capacity: 5 bedrooms with double or twin beds.
Rooms: Large entrance with stairs leading up and down,
where the 5 bedrooms are located in separate areas. Each bedroom has its
own bath and toilet. In all there are 11 toilets in the house (including
one guest toilet in the entrance). Large, impressive living room with many
different seating groups, a large palatial fireplace and a small corner
bar. Separate kitchen. Both the kitchen and the living room have terrace
doors with wonderful views towards the garden and sea. Separate loft with
TV room. Separate large laundry room with mangle, etc.
House size: Approx.: 350 m2.
Standard/style: a charming and decoratively painted room
with much ornamentation, classic, elegant furnishings with Provencal charm.
View: Beautiful view from an elevated location above Antibes
and Cap D’Antibes, also views of the Alps, Nice and green forest.
Garden/pool: Fine flat garden around the pool, plenty of
room for playing and socialising. A nice terrace outside the kitchen, with
views across the pool and the coast. Barbecue. Outdoor shower by the pool.
Facilities: Kitchen with all possible appliances, including
refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. 3 TV
sets (satellite), DVD, CD player, Internet.
About the area.
Location: The house is high up and very quiet, next to
woodland and with few neighbouring houses.
Entertainment/shopping: Close to everything when it comes
to restaurants, shopping, etc. 5 minutes by car to the famous pottery town
of Vallauris, with all conceivable services. 10 minutes from many charming
beach restaurants in Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins. However also near to
the gourmet restaurants and all possible kinds of shopping in Cannes, Antibes
and Nice. In Golfe Juan is also a large international marina with lovely
beach walks and plenty of restaurants.
Bathing: The whole coastal strip between Cap D’Antibes
and Cannes is lined with fine beaches. Here is everything you need for swimming,
soaking up the sun, watching people go by and eating well!
Golf: Close to a dozen or so golf courses.
Airport: 20 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
