About the area.
Location: The house is in Palm Beach, which is a peaceful, calm short peninsula surrounded by fine beaches and attractive small boat harbours. 1 minute to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the Croisette. Comfortable walking distance from the Festival Palace. A local bus passes by several times an hour all day long, running along the Croisette to the Festival Palace.
Entertainment/shopping: here you are close to everything Cannes has to offer! There are also many restaurants, shops, bakeries and other services close by.
Bathing: 1 minute to the pearl necklace of beaches along the whole Croisette.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are situated 15-20 minutes away by car.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
