living room with dining area in the corner, large windows and exit to a
sunny patio. Small kitchen, plus one bedroom with 1.40 cm wide bed. Upstairs
are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with own bathroom, two smaller bedrooms
of which one has a bunk bed, shared bathroom.
House size: Approx. 100 square metres.
Standard/style: Modern provencal 1980s house decorated
and furnished in a modern, timeless style.
View: Secluded and not overlooked, with open views.
Garden/pool: . Fine small, patio with beautiful privte
pool, grass area and generous stone-tiled patio, barbecue.
Facilities: Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Washing
machine. TV, stereo.
About the area.
Location: Remote and peaceful, at
the end of a cul-de-sac in this popular villa area. By car, 5 min to Valbonne
and Biot, 15 min to Antibes, 20 min to Cannes and Nice.
Entertainment/shopping: Valbonne has many good shops, nice
restaurants and holds a weekly food and flea market. Also close to Biot
(known for its glass-blowing), Antibes and Mougins with shopping, tourist
attractions and restaurant life.
Bathing: 20 min to wonderful beaches between Antibes and
Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Golf: 10-15 min to several golf courses.
Airport: 30 min to Nice airport. Special
rental conditions.
Available for rental all year round. Arrival Saturday
16.00-departure Saturday 10.00. Dogs are unfortunately not permitted.
