sides of the large bedroom with 4 beds. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
House size: About 150 square metres.
Standard/style: Scandinavian style offering modern, high
comfort.
View: Fantastic panoramic view across the whole of the
coastline and the Esterel hills.
Garden/pool: A smallish garden with terraces and pleasant
pool area with access from the French windows in the house. May not be completely
child-friendly.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher,
refrigerator and freezer. Washing machine, satellite TV and stereo.
About the area.
Location:
Beautiful coastline with a myriad of tiny villages, restaurants and beaches.
Close to the railway station (although the trains pass the house, they are
not disturbing), making rail access easy to Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Italy
in one direction and Frejus/St Rafael in the other. Entertainment/shopping:
Basic shops and bakeries nearby. 10-15 minutes from the popular coastal
town of varied shopping, many restaurants, golf and excellent bathing. Also
close to beautiful Théole and La Napoule with renowned restaurants,
harbours and fine beaches. Cannes is about 30 minutes away by car.
Bathing:
Small fine natural beaches, cliffs nearby, several beaches within
5 minutes by car.
Golf: The nearest courses are the
Riviera and the Old Golf Course in Mandelieu, and Valescure in St Raphaël.
Airport: 50 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur
