location is perfect with a marvellous view across Mougins village, sun all
day long and fantastic sunsets. The house has been totally renovated and
is situated in a quiet, much sought-after area close to everything!
Children and adults alike can enjoy a magical, immaculately laid out garden
with an enormous pool and an exciting house on several floors with huge
areas of glass and artistically selected room colours. This house touches
everyone, both body and soul get what they need from a new, delightful and

Suitable for: 1-2 families or a group

Rooms: The house is on 3 floors with stairs to each level.
The ground floor has a bedroom with double bed and is en suite with bathroom
and toilet. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
On the mezzanine are the dining room, large kitchen and yet another bedroom.
A short staircase down are the lounge with open fireplace and another dining
room. Here is also a corner bat and large doors leading out to a huge stone-surfaced
terrace with outdoor dining furniture. The terrace continues to a large
sun deck next to the pool. On the same level, the huge grassed garden is
spread before you.
House size: Approx: 270 square metres.
Standard/style: Newly renovated in a modern, discriminating
style. Classic Provençal style kitchen.
View: Sea view towards Cannes and a beautiful view towards
the hills of Mougins and the ancient Mougins village.
Garden/pool: Enormous flat garden with lovely trees and shrubs.
Shade here and there, much appreciated during the scorching summer. Large
newly-built pool (14 x 6 metres) with overflow and fine stone tiling and
several outdoor areas.
Facilities: kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer,
washing machine, TV, stereo, CD-player.
About the area.
Location:
Just outside the classical village of Mougins. 5 minutes to Cannes and the
whole coastline of beaches. Peaceful location in a beautiful and sought-after
villa area. Near to food shops, bakeries, etc.
Entertainment/shopping:
Mougins offers many restaurants (the Michelin-recommended Moulin de Mougins
is “next door”), art galleries and small boutiques. In Cannes
you find everything including exclusive shopping, restaurants, night clubs
and beach life.
Bathing: 5-10
minutes to the beaches in the area of Cannes, Mandeliue, Golfe Juan and
Antibes.
Golf: 10 minutes to some of the Riviera’s
most attractive golf courses.
Airport: 20 minutes from
Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
