This beautiful house lies well hidden behind high cypress hedges and offers
a wonderful outdoor life on several terraces, a terrific pool and lovely
lawns. The house is light and airy, with all the rooms on one level. It’s
big enough for one large or perhaps two small families, who want to enjoy
the best possible comfort and live “in the middle of the Riviera”
and be close to such wonderful villages as Valbonne and Mougins, while also
having quick access to the coastal towns of Cannes, Antibes and Nice. A
dream location the provides total relaxation and hopefully meets all your
expectations of living really well on the Riviera. |

About house no. 20
Suitable for: 1-2 families, 4-6 people.
Sleeping capacity: 6, of which 2 beds are in the “studio” with
its own entrance.
Rooms: One enters directly into a large, light living room
with large French doors leading out to the patio and pool. Here there is
a lounge suite and dining area. On one side of the living room is the master
bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. On the other side is the
kitchen with a breakfast bar and a bedroom with its own bathroom. Separate
laundry room. The third bedroom with bathroom is arranged as a separate
studio in the house with its own entrance.
House size: Approx. 160 m2.
Standard/style: A relatively new house built in Florentine/modern
style. The decoration is classical modern with a high standard of comfort.
View: Set in a beautiful plot screened by hedges.
Garden/pool: Well-maintained garden with lawns, stone-paved
patios (partially roofed), a nice gravel drive and pleasing fountain. Generously
proportioned pool just outside the living room.
Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Microwave. Washing
machine. TV with international channels. Stereo.
About the area.
Location:
3 km from picturesque Mougins village, 2.5 km from cosy Valbonne village,
15 minutes from Cannes, 10 minutes from Grasse (perfume town, 30 minutes
from Nice. 10-15 minutes from the beaches. The house is totally secluded
in a maturely planted and very quiet area.
Entertainment/shopping:
Plenty of bakeries and grocers nearby (5 minutes). Shopping in Cannes, Grasse
and Valbonne. Very good restaurants only 5 minutes away by car. From simple
bistros to gourmet restaurants (with 2 Michelin Guide stars). There is a
rich night life in Antibes/Juan les Pins and Cannes.
Bathing:
15 minutes to the pearl necklace of beaches in the area of Cannes,
Madelieu and Antibes.
Golf: In the centre of a golfing
paradise! The closest are Saint Donat, Mougins, Opio-Valbonne and Grande
Bastide; there are many more. 12 golf courses lie within 25 minutes.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Only available for rent during August and in periods of two weeks at a time.
Arrival Saturdays 16:00, departure Saturdays 10:00. We regret that dogs
