Standard/style: Wonderful Riviera style stone-built house
with white lime-washed walls, stone floors and decorated in a Swedish/ Provençal
style of a nice comfortable standard.
View: Terrific panoramic views over the whole coastal strip
between Cap Ferrat and Cannes. Garden/pool: Not too large
area with stone terraces, flowerbeds and a pleasant pool area. Great views
from the garden.
Facilities: Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. Washing
machine. TV, stereo, bubble pool outdoors.
About the area.
Location: Quiet, well-established area about 2km from Vence,
a beautiful mediaeval village with many sights. 5 km from the famous artists’
village of St Paul. 10-15 minutes from the coast and Cagnes-sur-Mer (Haut
de Cagnes), and 15 minutes from the airport and Nice (Promenade des Anglais).
Entertainment/shopping: many antique shops, galleries,
museums, restaurants in all price categories (many of the best Riviera restaurants
are in this area!). Close to bakeries and food shops. Cagnes-sur-Mer boasts
wonderful beaches overlooked by many beach restaurants. Of course Nice offers
everything!
Bathing: 10 minutes to the beaches around Cagnes-sur-Mer
(sand) and Nice (lovely white pebble beaches).
Golf: Several golf courses are within 20 minutes by car.
Airport: 15 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Rented by the week Saturday-Saturday, arrival 16:00,
departure 10:00. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Dogs are not permitted.
