up on a hill above Valbonne, Opio and Chateauneuf-Grasse. Walking distance
from bakeries and small shops, and about 10 minutes by car to popular villages
such as Valbonne, and the perfume town of Grasse. 5 minutes to the best
in golf and tennis, and about half an hour to the beaches at Cannes and
Antibes. Here you can live in majestic splendour in picture postcard surroundings
yet still close to the sea and pulsating Cannes and Nice. Clearly one of
our absolutely top properties with enough comfort and atmosphere for the
most fastidious of folk. |

living room having large windows facing the terrace with its fantastic outlook.
Open hearth in the living room. Separate dining room. Large, luxurious kitchen
with best quality equipment. The kitchen leads out on to a pleasant outdoor
dining area.
The ground floor also contains a generously-proportioned bedroom with 2
beds and its own en suite bathroom. On the next floor is the master bedroom
with en suite bath and separate toilet and shower. With yet another bedroom
with its own bathroom. The third bedroom and en suite bathroom has its own
entrance and a fantastic view from the window over the garden and terrace.
All in perfect condition and brand new!
House size: Approx. 250 m2.
Standard/style: Newly renovated in luxurious Provençal
style and hard-wearing but fabulous materials. Beautifully and tastefully

About the area.
Location: high up, quiet and fine area, next to the village
of Chateuneuf, about 10 minutes from Valbonne and Grasse. 40 minutes from
Nice. 30 minutes to the string of beaches from Cannes via Antibes to Nice.
Entertainment/shopping: 5 minutes walk from bakeries, shops,
a café and some smaller restaurants. Good shopping and fine markets
in Grasse, Valbonne, Mougins and Opio.
Bathing: 30 minutes to Cannes/Antibes and the fine beaches
all along the coast.
Golf: 5 minutes to the popular Grand Bastide, and just
15 minutes from most of the best courses on the Riviera.
Airport: 40 minutes from Nice.

Rented by the week Saturday-Saturday, arrival 16:00, departure 10:00. Smoking
