View: Fantastic panoramic view across the whole of Mandelieu
and the coast.
Garden/pool: Well managed garden and a superb “overflow”
pool. A nice terrace with a glorious view and dining furniture.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher,
refrigerator and freezer. Washing machine, satellite TV and stereo.
About the area.
Location: Pleasant, mature housing area on one of the Mandelieu
hills, with terrific views. Quiet and peaceful. Near to Mandelieu with its
beaches, restaurants, food shops, bakeries and services. Entertainment/shopping:
10 minutes from Cannes, but also only 5 minutes from the popular coastal
villages of La Napoule and Théole, which offer many restaurants,
a harbour and excellent bathing. Boats to the popular excursion islands,
Iles de Lerins, where there is bathing, a monastery to visit, good food,
etc. leave from La Napoule.
Bathing: 10 minutes by bicycle, or take the car (5 minutes).
Golf: Close to as much golf as you will ever need! (Riviera
and Old Golf Course 5 min.)
Airport: 25 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
