Guest toilet. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets.
The master bedroom (with a double bed) has a balcony overlooking the pool.
Another room with double bed, and a further room with two single beds.
House size: Approx.: 120 m2.
Standard/style: Newly built house in the neo-Provençal
style. Comfortable, Nordic decoration and fittings.
View: Amazing views towards hills of vines and down to
the coast.
Garden/pool: Well-tended lawns on three sides of the house,
a small stone terrace by the pool.
Facilities: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. Washing
machine. TV. Stereo. Barbecue.
About the area.
Location: 2 km from picturesque Mougins village, 3 km from
cosy Valbonne village, 10 minutes from Cannes, 10 minutes from Grasse (perfume
town), 30 minutes from Nice. 20 minutes from the beaches. Very quiet and
lovely area.
Entertainment/shopping: small shops and bakeries within
walking distance, 5 minutes by car to supermarkets, etc. Shopping in Cannes,
Grasse and Valbonne. Very good restaurants nearby.
Bathing: 20 minutes to the pearl necklace of beaches in
the area of Cannes, Mandelieu and Antibes.
Golf: In the centre of a golfing paradise! The closest
are Saint Donat, Mougins, Opio-Valbonne and Grande Bastide; there are many
more. 12 golf courses lie within 25 minutes.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Arrival Saturdays 16:00, departure Saturdays 11:00. We regret that dogs
