hall leads into a large, open living room (about 80 sq. m.) with three-piece
suite, open hearth, dining area and kitchen area with island unit and bar
top. Total about 80 square metres. French windows leading out on to a large
terrace. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom
and terrace outside, and a further two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
House size: about 300 square metres
Standard/style: A stately house in the neo-Provençal/Italian
style. Modern, Provençal and Scandinavian furnishings.
View: South-easterly location with sun all day and a terrific
view towards green areas and the sea. Very open and light.

Location: Quiet and peaceful. 2 km from the famous artistic
village of St Paul, 1 minute from the village of La Colle sur Loup, 5 minutes
from Cagnes-sur-Mer (Haut de Cagnes), 8 minutes from Vence and 15 minutes
from the airport and Nice (Promenade des Anglais).
Entertainment/shopping: Many antiques shops, galleries,
museums and dozens of restaurants at all price levels. Close to bakeries
and food shops. Plenty of services in Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Of course
Nice offers everything!
Bathing: 5 minutes to the whole coastline of beaches and
beach life. 15 minutes from the wonderful pebbled Nice beaches.
Golf: Several golf courses are within 15-20 minutes by
car.
Airport: 15 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
