(traditional stone-built mansion). Adjacent to the house there are several
terraces, a large, beautiful pool area, and from here there is a wonderful
view across the hills, with glimpses of the coast and sea. The whole property
oozes timelessness and charm in the best traditions of Monet! This is where
you can relax, meet and recharge your batteries with family and friends.
At the same time it’s close to Grasse, the popular villages of Valbonne
and Mougins, the shopping and entertainment centre of Cannes, and of course
the beach life along the coast, just 20 minutes away. Available to rent

Sleeping capacity: 10 beds; 4 double beds, 2 single rooms.
Rooms: Spacious living room with sofas and a large open
fireplace, with exits to the beautiful garden. Dining room, large kitchen
with dining table, extra halls and nooks. On the first floor there are 3
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second floor also has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In total 5 toilets.
The house has many nooks, crannies and staircases. Separate laundry room.
House size: Approx.: 400 sq m.
Standard/style: “Shabby chic”, classic old-fashioned
style preserved despite modern refurbishing.
View: Tucked away and protected, with a beautiful outlook
over green hills and the coast.
Garden/pool: Several levels in the garden, but child-friendly
with many corners for play and outdoor pleasure. Lovely olive groves and
a separate pool area. Total 2.5 hectares (6 acres). Next to the main house
there is a guest house that adds to the attraction.
Facilities: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. Washing
machine. TV, DVD player, stereo. Barbecue.
About the area.
Location: 5 minutes drive to the centre of Grasse (perfume
town), 15 minutes from intimate Valbonne village, 20 minutes from Cannes,
30 minutes from Nice. 20 minutes from the beaches. The house is in a maturely
planted and very quiet area.
Entertainment/shopping: Plenty of bakeries and grocers
nearby (5 minutes). Shopping in Cannes, Grasse and Valbonne. Close to restaurants.
From simple bistros to gourmet restaurants (with 2 Michelin Guide stars).
Bathing: 20 minutes to the whole coastline of beaches.
Golf: In the centre of a golfing paradise! Several popular
courses within 10-15 minutes.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Available to rent all year round. Arrival Saturdays 16:00, departure Saturdays
11:00. We regret that dogs are not permitted. Smoking indoors is not allowed.
