lower terrace. The first floor has a large open-plan area with parlour,
dining area and TV area and has large glass doors leading out to the upper
terrace. Separate, well-equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite dressing
room and bathroom, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, office and separate
toilet. Garage.
House size: Large house, about 325 sq. m.
Standard/style: Elegant, modern furnishings. Well thought

View: Great view over parts of Cannes, the sea and the
hills of Esterel.
Garden/pool: Large, well kept grounds in mint condition.
The pool is on “its own” terrace with sunbeds, dining furniture

About the area.
Location: The house is in a quiet
but central area of Le Cannet, about 7 minutes by car to the Croisette (beach
promenade) in Cannes, and the Festival Palace. An excellent location for
those who wish to live close to the heart of the Riviera but also to enjoy
a peaceful time with family by the pool.
Entertainment/shopping:
Cannes contains everything: good shopping, restaurants, bars, night clubs,
exclusive hotels, etc. Also close to Antibes and Juan-les-Pins (15 minutes).
Just 10 minutes away is the picturesque mediaeval village of Mougins with
an abundance of cosy restaurants. Several famous Michelin-recommended restaurants
are near Le Cannet.
Bathing: 10 minutes to the wonderful
beaches of Cannes, Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins.
Golf:
Several golf courses are within 10 minutes by car.
Airport: 20 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Hired out exclusively for 2-week periods during July to the middle of
August. No pets. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Arrival Saturdays 16:00,
