if you want your holiday to be extra special! The Chateau Palayson is a
newly renovated, fantastic wine manor surrounded by grape vine plantations
and a beautiful park, located just a stones-throw from the Riviera and St
Tropez. Next to the manor house and using the same entrance is a unique
“hunting lodge” that can be rented for short or long periods.
The house covers about 300 square metres, has just been completely renovated
and is tastefully decorated in light colours in a Provençal/Scandinavian
style. The house is surrounded by an exquisitely laid out garden with wonderful
greenery and large areas for the pool and outdoor pursuits. Here you can
relax completely while still being close to all the Riviera can offer in
terms of beaches, shopping, golf and the classical tourist life.
As a resident of the Chateau Palayson you also get an exclusive insight
and a close-up experience of true wine production. The burning enthusiasm
and knowledge of the owners contributes each year to new prestige vintages

airy dining room with adjacent lounge including an open hearth fireplace,
and a further lounge/bedroom with its own toilet and shower. Large fine
French doors and windows look out on to the outdoor terrace and garden.
On the upper floor are a beautiful, light living room and 3 large bedrooms,
together with 2 toilet/bathrooms.

Standard/style: Classic pretty stone-built
house with tasteful modern Provençal decoration. High standard of
comfort.
View: The manor house property is situated
in a quiet, attractive area. From the house can be seen the adjacent pool,
garden and extensive vineyards.

kept park with beautiful shrubs and including an area of lavender. Stone-based
terrace next to the pool with dining furniture.

dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. Washing machine. TV with international
channels. Stereo, DVD player.
About the area.
Location: 1 km to the village of Roquebrunne, 3 km to Puguet
which offers all imaginable convenient services and major stores. 5 km to
the coastal village of St Agulf/Frejus with beaches, bathing, restaurants,
shopping, etc. 20 min to St Maxime from where the ferry links to St Tropez.
30 minutes from Cannes/Antibes.
Entertainment/shopping:
close to everything, both food shops and bakeries, exclusive shops, restaurants,
entertainment, etc. There is plenty of choice since the distance is so short.
Bathing: 10 minutes to the beaches at Frejus/St Agulf.
Golf: the nearest golf course is 5 minutes away by car,
and a dozen of the best courses on the Riviera are within 20 minutes.
Airport: 50 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Arrival Saturdays 16:00, departure Saturdays 10:00. We regret that dogs
