Rooms: Entrance with hall, large
living room with dining room and parlour, with sofas facing an open hearth.
French doors from the living room out to the garden and terraces. A cosy
kitchen with an outstanding view and exit to the kitchen terrace with dining
table. The bedrooms lead off from the hall and are all on the same level.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, with double beds (the master bedroom has
a double bed and en suite bathroom). Two other bedrooms share a bathroom
and toilet. Pleasant TV room with the possibility of an extra bed provided
by a sofa. Large, fine terrace at the rear with 2 different dining furniture
sets. House size: Approx.: 220 m2.

Classic Provençal house with stone flooring and white plastered walls.

views towards Grasse and the hills beyond.
Garden/pool:
Excellent, large grounds with many flat grassy areas, outdoor terraces (one

About the area
Location:
3 km from picturesque Mougins village, 2.5 km from cosy Valbonne village,
15 minutes from Cannes, 10 minutes from Grasse (perfume town), 30 minutes
from Nice. 20 minutes from the beaches. The house is located high up and
offers privacy. Very quiet and respectable area. Entertainment/shopping:
Plenty of bakeries and grocers nearby (5 minutes). Shopping in Cannes, Grasse
and Valbonne. Very good restaurants only 4 minutes away by car. From simple
bistros to gourmet restaurants (with 2 Michelin Guide stars).
Bathing:
20 minutes to the pearl necklace of beaches in the area of Cannes, Mandelieu
and Antibes.
Golf: In the centre of a golfing paradise!
The closest are Saint Donat, Mougins, Opio-Valbonne and Grande Bastide;
there are many more. 12 golf courses lie within 25 minutes.
Airport:
30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
