with an en suite toilet and shower. Lower floor: small living room and 1
bedroom with toilet/shower. First floor: 2 master bedrooms with en suite
toilet/baths, balconies facing the garden, lounge with TV. Second floor:
small lounge with a little terrace.
Separate floor: Own entrance with kitchen, toilet/shower and a large bedroom
with 2 double beds separated by a wall of bookshelves.
House size: about 350 square metres
Standard/style: A large, airy house with a circular tower
providing “round” rooms. Classic/modern furnishings
View: Beautiful sea view also part of Cannes. Screened
garden.

About the area.
Location:
The house property is situated above Cannes in a quiet, attractive area
with other villas. You can walk to Cannes in 15 minutes. Taking the car
down to the Croisette and the beaches takes 5 minutes. Buses run past too.
Entertainment/shopping: here you are close to everything
Cannes has to offer! Also close to the Golfe Juan coastal village with all
its restaurants in the harbour and Juan les Pins – with many beaches,
restaurants and nightlife.
Bathing: 5-10 minutes to
the pearl necklace of beaches along the whole Croisette.
Golf:
Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are situated 15-20 minutes
away by car.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
